The growing threat of a Zombie Apocalypse makes it vital to completely understand the threat that the Undead pose to the living world.  To this end, Dr. Boris Zemeckis  created the Zombie Research Institute.  The mission of the Institute is to gain a better understanding of Zombies and the threat they cause as well as to develop an understanding of survival methods should a full blown apocalypse happen.
